How long have you been in business?
In business since 1989.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer business consulting to assist with whatever business risk your company is experiencing. For example, if employee or tenant turn-over and misconduct is your issue, we may recommend pre-employment or tenant screening. If so, we will provide training and forms to help you with implementation and compliance as needed.
With our access to public records and paralegal experience, many law firms and corporate service companies use our services as well for court research, private process service, document retrieval, and due diligence reports such as looking for tax liens, judgments, civil litigation histories, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our prior experience as licensed insurance claims adjusters, licensed private investigators, as well as backgrounds and education in business management have lead us to this field. Experience in working with attorneys at both large and small law firms also lead us in this direction.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our staff have the experience, the credentials, and the knowledge that is necessary to be effective. Our office excels at communication and education so that our clients know how to confidently proceed with the information we provide for them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
With locations throughout Louisiana in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Crowley, and Shreveport, as well as several in Mississippi, we are well positioned for a quick response to our clients' needs.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 until 5:00
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Many of our clients refer to us. Further, usually when an employee leaves one of our clients, we hear from them again when they get to their next job and they then hire us at their new company. We think this validates that our services, and our customer service, are valuable to them.
