What is your primary product or service?
We are a reception, banquet hall, venue. We service engaged couples, businesses for meetings, baby showers, bridal showers and any type function.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I saw a need for a nice facility that allowed my clients the opportunity to bring their own food and beverages and not have to pay per person for this. Having an event, like a wedding, can be costly. I saw there was a need for this in the Lafayette, Louisiana area and started my business in 1997. Since then we have added an outdoor area with gardens and gazebo and just recently added a dressing suite. We also added a two person honeymoon Jacuzzi cottage a few years back for my couples to stay in.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer a facility where a customer can have full use of a kitchen and still hire their own caterer or prepare their own food, depending on their budget. We also have outdoor decking, pergola and walkway to our gazebo and gardens. We added a large, 900 sq.ft. Dressing Suite and a two person Honeymoon Jacuzzi cottage near our facility.

We have one location. We have no plans to expan.
